I had the recent pleasure of dealing with Primary Source and experience first- hand excellent customer service. With a hurricane barreling down on our area, unbeknown to them, I placed a small monetary value order for some flashlights. The shipment showed delivery at my location when I called but was unable to find. Your team e-mailed me telling me they would re-ship that day the items in question. A quick response and voluntary replacement no questions asked, resulted in replacements arriving before the weather event. I did in turn find the original shipment. I immediately issued a new PO for the additional units doubling the first order. That simple effort on your company’s part, was a breath of fresh air in today’s world, and so well received.
To summarize, we are forced every day in each of our lives to accept an unacceptable level of customer service. To be involved in a situation where customer service outweighed a profit margin, when you made your decision to reship was outstanding. In my opinion, that level of service rendered should be what EVERY business should be working toward. End result, order doubled and a very satisfied Customer. Thank you and your organization for showing me what I remember Customer service used to look like.
