Most orders are shipped complete from fully stocked warehouses; however, from time to time, back-orders do occur and items may be cut from the order. Our products are factory- fresh and are shipped from the manufacturer’s closest warehouse or from our Franklin, TN warehouse directly to our customers.
In the event that PrimarySource extends credit to a customer, the customer agrees to pay all invoices within credit terms. On any balance due 60 days or beyond, customer agrees to pay 1.5% per month interest on the unpaid balance. If the customer account is placed with an attorney for collection, customer agrees to pay an additional sum up to 25% of the balance then due to compensate PrimarySource for costs of collection including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees, and/or, collection agency fees.
All shipments, unless otherwise stated, are subject to freight charges and will be shipped FOB origin: Title passes at origin, and buyer has total responsibility over the goods while in shipment. Customer takes ownership (title and control) of the goods at the origin (when the carrier signs for goods) and is responsible for transportation of the goods beyond this point. Customer will file for claims that may arise. FOB Point of Origin: Freight charges will be added to invoice; responsibility of purchaser. FOB Point of Destination: Free Freight to purchaser.
If a shipment arrives with damaged packaging, have the carrier note the condition upon receipt. Please check immediately for concealed damage or shortages. If a shipment has been damaged in transit, or shortages discovered, please notify PrimarySource within 48 hours and we will provide you with instructions. Many orders are shipped with the packages bundled. Count the bundles and count the boxes per bundle. If you sign for an order as being “complete” and there is a shortage discovered later there may be no recourse against the carrier. We cannot be responsible for shortage claims on shipments signed as being received complete. Minimum order and freight allowed order amounts vary per product line.
All goods are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made. PrimarySource is not responsible for damage, date loss or productivity loss, which may in any way be related to the use, misuse or failure of products.
If we ship you the wrong product by mistake, notify us within 48 hours, so we can remedy the situation. If a return is necessary we will issue a Return Authorization so we can coordinate all returns within ten days. Please do not mark on product, boxes or carton. Merchandise may only be returned with our approval and a return authorization. All returns must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Unless we have made an error in filling your order, all return freight is the responsibility of the buyer and must be shipped prepaid. Freight Collect or C.O.D. shipments will be refused. A restocking fee of 20% may apply.
